The role

We have a brand new and unique opportunity to join our global Marketing team to lead product marketing at one of Boston’s most exciting scale-ups. You’ll be the strategic bridge between Product, Marketing, and Sales working to turn our platform’s technical capabilities into compelling stories that win hearts, minds and budgets.

Key responsibilities:

Positioning & Messaging

• Define and evolve our global product positioning and messaging

• Craft compelling value propositions by audience, vertical, and territory

• Build messaging frameworks that bring consistency and clarity across teams

Go-To-Market Strategy

• Own GTM plans for new product and feature launches — from concept to execution

• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Content Marketing to ensure impactful rollouts

Sales Enablement

• Create tools that help our sales team shine — pitch decks, battlecards, ROI calculators, etc.

• Train and empower customer-facing teams to confidently sell and speak to the product

Content & Campaigns

• Drive product-related content: blogs, datasheets, videos, use cases, demos, and more

• Lead campaigns like product newsletters, upsell initiatives, and webinars

Customer & Market Insights

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product and marketing strategy

• Run feedback loops (e.g. win/loss interviews, beta programs) to capture insights that matter

Analyst Relations

• Own our Analyst Relations strategy — build meaningful relationships and ensure Summize’s voice is heard by industry influencers

What we’re looking for:

• Proven previous experience of product or content marketing experience in B2B SaaS. Ideally within the legal tech sector but this is not essential.

• Proven success in developing messaging, executing GTM strategies, and enabling sales teams

• Confidence working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams

• Strong storytelling skills across formats from product demos to blog posts and even live events

• Analytical mindset with a passion for customer research and data-driven decisions

• Comfortable presenting, demoing, and influencing both internally and externally
